Seemed like no one was working last Saturday. No one available to check in my truck and after I paid, I had to look around and go find a mechanic to get me my truck. I called ahead to let the dealer know I would have to be late for my service appointment. They informed me I could not keep my appointment because a simple oil change takes an entire hour and a half — and t late for my service appointment. I had my 90000 service done today. The service person up sold me a cooling system flush and a brake system flush. She tried to upsell me spark plug replacement. According to Toyota’s service manual these services do not need to be done until 120,000 miles minimum. That’s why I hate taking my auto to a dealer. They are always trying to sell you what you need.Unfortunately I have an extended warranty so I need to make sure I keep the services up to date.The reason why I did not give this rating a one star is the new service rep I felt with when I picked up my car heard my complaint and adjusted the bill.
