We brought our RAV4 Hybrid in for service on a recalled part and for a solution to the mystery of why our fobs had both developed an inability to open their locked car. Everything went smoothly, and we also ended up replacing some filters that we hadn’t been aware of. We appreciated the video that our assigned technician, Manuel, made, explaining what was needed and his recommendations before we agreed to the plan. I was treated professionally and courteously by everyone. The staff always goes the extra mile. Too often, superior service goes unrecognized and unrewarded. I was given the wrong price over the phone when they were repairing my car. They adjusted the invoice but still a horrible business practice to not honor the price I was told. When the service people call you to tell you the price, you should have them email / text it to you. Always get things in writing from these crooks. More
