He answered all the questions, described all the features in detail and was honest in the comparative analysis with other brands. He was also very helpful in describing the process and assisted in negotiating a price that we felt good about. It is rare and unexpected when you leave with a feeling that you got something more than you had expected. Everyone from Tony, Bill and Nate were great to work with and very informative. After visiting many dealerships in the area it was refreshing to finally stumble accross Mr. Chad Green. He was super friendly, confident, knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. We came in at the end of the day, they actually all stayed open until an hour and a half after closing to make sure we were taken care of. The thing that was most important to us is that we never felt "hustled". It's not often you go into a car dealership and don't feel a little pushed around. Chad was authentic all the way through.
