This is the first time my husband and I visiting Herb Chambers Toyota Scion at Boston. We had visited several different dealers from Watertown to Boca etc. However, We decided to a brand new car right at Chambers Toyota Scion at Boston. Tony-Siu Man liang was the sales person who worked with us through out the whole process. He was very patient, polite and customer oriented. He explained to both of us how to use the special features on the vehicle. He tried every efforts to make sure we a happy customer! And, indeed we are very pleased and impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. He knows his job very well!!!! I would go back to him if I ever need a car again! He is the best sales person we've ever met in car business! Thanks Tony! More

The sales team and front desk were very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Tony was nice. Nate and Patrick were also very good. The only problem was how many times Tony had to go back and forth moment we walked in the door. Tony was nice. Nate and Patrick were also very good. The only problem was how many times Tony had to go back and forth between me and his manager about the price of the car, we spent something like 5 hours in the dealership. It was far too consuming, but otherwise very pleasant and I'm satisfied with the end result. Tony did a good job. Also, there should be more/bigger signage for the parking lot across the street. More
Although Tony was nice and tried to be helpful, in the end I pulled out of the deal and went elsewhere because the finance manager wasn't at all helpful or easy to work with. My credit isn't great but I should be treated just the same as a customer with A+ credit. The dealership I ultimately went to financed me without a problem but I had to wait a while to get my car because Herb Chambers made me wait to get my down payment back from them even though the check had long since cleared the bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE, AS I CAN CLEARLY STATE: ***THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES***, IN OTHER WORDS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS. I WAS SENT AN E-MAIL BY THEIR INTERNET SPECIALIST WHICH INCLUDED A COUPON FOR A BEATING-THE-PRICE GUARANTEE. HOWEVER, WHEN I SHOWED UP THERE WITH THIS SAME COUPON AND A PRINTED OFFER FROM ANOTHER DEALER, THEY JUST SAID THEY ARE NOT ONLY NOT WILLING TO BEAT, BUT EVEN TO MATCH IT. WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY, AND SHOWED THEM THEIR OWN USELESS COUPON (AND I KNOW HOW TO READ THE FINE PRINT, WHICH DIDN'T HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS), THEY JUST SAID "WE CAN'T". WELL, TOO BAD FOR THEM LOSERS, 2,5 HRS LATER ME AND 2 OF MY FRIENDS ENDED UP BUYING 3 BRAND NEW VEHICLES AT THE DEALERSHIP I ORIGINALLY BROUGHT THE QUOTE FROM. I believe that it is very important that a dealership know the car and their service in order to exhibit the car that is right for the buyer. Herb Chambers Toyota did that and more better than other Toy know the car and their service in order to exhibit the car that is right for the buyer. Herb Chambers Toyota did that and more better than other Toyota dealerships in the area. Siu Man had accurate answers to my questions without checking brochure or other salespeople, again better than other dealers. I don't like over agressive sales people and managers that prod you into quick decisions. They did express that they wanted my business and they got it. i highly consider Herb Chambers Toyota over many other dealers in the area. i did a lot of shoping around. craig More

I just leased my 2nd car from herb chambers. Both experiences were extreme positive. Customer service was superb. Brian Hester was a pleasure to work with.
