HOWEVER, WHEN I SHOWED UP THERE WITH THIS SAME COUPON AND A PRINTED OFFER FROM ANOTHER DEALER, THEY JUST SAID THEY ARE NOT ONLY NOT WILLING TO BEAT, BUT EVEN TO MATCH IT. WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY, AND SHOWED THEM THEIR OWN USELESS COUPON (AND I KNOW HOW TO READ THE FINE PRINT, WHICH DIDN'T HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS), THEY JUST SAID "WE CAN'T". WELL, TOO BAD FOR THEM LOSERS, 2,5 HRS LATER ME AND 2 OF MY FRIENDS ENDED UP BUYING 3 BRAND NEW VEHICLES AT THE DEALERSHIP I ORIGINALLY BROUGHT THE QUOTE FROM. I believe that it is very important that a dealership know the car and their service in order to exhibit the car that is right for the buyer. Herb Chambers Toyota did that and more better than other Toy know the car and their service in order to exhibit the car that is right for the buyer. Siu Man had accurate answers to my questions without checking brochure or other salespeople, again better than other dealers. I don't like over agressive sales people and managers that prod you into quick decisions. And avoid giving direct answers. When asked about the car's condition and what it needs etc.. they keep telling you they know their car and go on to repeat their 3 day money back, 30 day exchange offer. They do not know or wish to tell you the exact car condition and what it needs. They just avoid direct, simple questions on the car's condition/repairs/damages. The Carfax doesn't show any damages(but everyone knows that carfax shows only "reported" damages and not the ones the owner paid for). Piece of advise : Stick to your point and get the answer to your question, no matter how many times you have to repeat yourself. Flavio did a great job in making things work between me and the managers. He gave me useful information on the car I bought. He also took care of all the formalities, minor repairs and missing parts' installation. He is very prompt and customer friendly. Way to go Flavio !! We met with Siu Mang first and he made the buying experience very stress free and in fact enjoyable. He answered all the questions, described all the features in detail and was honest in the comparative analysis with other brands. He was also very helpful in describing the process and assisted in negotiating a price that we felt good about. It is rare and unexpected when you leave with a feeling that you got something more than you had expected. Everyone from Tony, Bill and Nate were great to work with and very informative. After visiting many dealerships in the area it was refreshing to finally stumble accross Mr. Chad Green. He was super friendly, confident, knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. The level of customer service at this dealership was above and beyond anything I would have expected. We came in at the end of the day, they actually all stayed open until an hour and a half after closing to make sure we were taken care of. The thing that was most important to us is that we never felt "hustled". It's not often you go into a car dealership and don't feel a little pushed around. Chad was authentic all the way through.
