I went into Herb Chambers Toyota with the plan of getting a 3-4 year old Corolla as I thought that would best fit within my budget and needs. I actually ended up with a brand new 2010 Corolla because Erick Joseph and his manager Chris Wong were so helpful and able to get me a great deal. Erick took me on a test drive of the 2010 Corolla and I loved it. He asked me great questions throughout the drive and made sure I considered important factors ("How did that feel on the bumps? Do you like the way it drives?, etc). Erick was very thorough in making sure I ended up with the right car for me. He was also very flexible with my pickup time. Even though it was his busiest weekend of the year (President's Day), he came in early so that I could take delivery of my car on Saturday morning as I wasn't able to to make it in after work. He taught me how to use all of the features of the car and even set up my bluetooth feature for me. Erick and his manager Chris were both very friendly and I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new or used Toyota. More

I appreciated that very much. Vinnie took my family for a test drive. He was very friendly and sincere. He really enjoyed showing us the car's features, and happily answered all our questions. During our test drive, Vinnie let our 9-year old play games on his (Vinnie's) cellphone to keep him busy. That's the sign of a salesperson who's truly dedicated to their customer! Back at the dealership, I discussed Toyota's lease program with Brian. I was impressed with Brian's professionalism and straightforward manner. He willingly provided all the information I needed to make an offer. On the day I came in to sign the lease, Tony spent a great deal of time with me to explain the whole process and answer my questions. His easy-going manner put me at ease. Rather than leave me to sit by myself while the paperwork was being prepared, Tony came and sat with me and we had a good conversation. He didn't have to do that, so to me it shows that this dealership really is interested in the customer. I'll be frank: I tried in past years to do business with Herb Chambers and was put off by what I felt was a pushy, arrogant attitude. This experience was very, very different. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership, from the receptionist to the gentlemen who prepared the documents, everyone was friendly, helpful and treated me with respect. To me, that's no coincidence; it's the sign of a management that's dedicated to earning their customers' business. On the day I came in to sign the paperwork I was subjected to two separate sales pitches for add-ons like paint protection. I didn't appreciate that, but at least it wasn't a hard sell and they backed off quickly once they realized I wasn't interested. I was honestly pleased with my experience at Herb Chambers Toyota. They earned my business by being straightforward, friendly and going the extra mile. That works for me. More

Everyone at the Dealership were so very great and made us feel so comfortable,from the receptionist,to the showroom manager,to the finance manager and especially our Salesman Erick Joseph who actually listened to what we were looking for and showed us automobiles of interest and actually showed us the one that we purchased.He left us alone.sitting in the car for awhile so we could check it out before we went for our test drive,and the very next day we picked it up with no delays.It was ready when Erick said it would be.
