Ryan McDonnell was a great sales person. He understood what my needs were, and worked hard to get me the best price for my car. The managers on the floor were professional and did not apply any sales pre what my needs were, and worked hard to get me the best price for my car. I went to four different dealerships before deciding on Herb Chambers, and Ryan and the rest of the sales staff were the best of them all. Two other dealers even said that they could not match Herb Chambers price, and that I should go back to Herb Chambers to get the car. The salesperson, Tony Liang, was willing to do the little extras that made the experience easier and less stressful. There was a little "bait and switch" game on a free remote starter that had been part of the advert that got me into the dealership but when I pushed back (gently) the Manager "remembered" that this was part of the advertising deal and went ahead and got it installed. It forced me to return the car four days after delivery which was unnecessary as it should have been taken care of during the car prep. This was not the fault of the sales person as I was bargaining hard with his manager and he tried to capture back part of the "lost" profit but trying to avoid throwing in the free accessory. All part of the "game" I guess...and yes I would go back and deal again with this dealership More

Eric made sure I was comfortable with my decision every step of the process. He clearly explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. My wife and I already knew which make and model we wanted to buy, and had a clear idea of the equipment we wanted to have installed on our new RAV4. Mr Siu Man Liang was instrumental in securing the lowest possible price on our behalf. His main concern was by far total customer satisfaction, both with the vehicle and with the sales experience, as opposed to a number of salespeople whose primary goal is to maximize their profits. Some minor misunderstandings we had initially regarding financing vs. cash payments were solved to our advantage and complete satisfaction. After the sale was complete, Mr Liang procured the car we had agreed on in a very short time and has been following up with us ever since to make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending wholeheartedly Mr Liang and Herb Chambers Toyota to anybody interested in buying a new car. More

This is the first time my husband and I visiting Herb Chambers Toyota Scion at Boston. We had visited several different dealers from Watertown to Boca etc. However, We decided to a brand new car right at Chambers Toyota Scion at Boston. He explained to both of us how to use the special features on the vehicle. He tried every efforts to make sure we a happy customer! The sales team and front desk were very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Tony was nice. Nate and Patrick were also very good. It was far too consuming, but otherwise very pleasant and I'm satisfied with the end result. Tony did a good job. Also, there should be more/bigger signage for the parking lot across the street. Although Tony was nice and tried to be helpful, in the end I pulled out of the deal and went elsewhere because the finance manager wasn't at all helpful or easy to work with. My credit isn't great but I should be treated just the same as a customer with A+ credit. The dealership I ultimately went to financed me without a problem but I had to wait a while to get my car because Herb Chambers made me wait to get my down payment back from them even though the check had long since cleared the bank. More
