We I first arrived at the dealership with my brother no one acknowledge us. My brother asked if someone could help us, and a sales associate was paged immediately. Eric Joseph was the salesman that came to assist us. Eric was very polite and friendly. Eric sat us down at his desk and showed us a video on the sales process. Directed to the area for refreshments and the restrooms. Eric asked what type of car we were looking for, we explained, and he showed us a listing of the cars on the computer that match what we were looking for in our price range. Eric proceeded to show us the available cars. After test driving a couple of the cars, he showed us another car in the parking lot across from the dealership, which is the car that I ended up buying. I appreciate the Eric was very considerate of our time, and was diligent in finding a car that match my needs. My husband and I visited Herb Chambers Toyota in Boston on Sunday April 3,2011. I had previously visited another dealership where I saw the 2011 Camry LE and received a price offer. Since I had a Costco membership I decided to visit one of the dealers Costco had an arrangement with. Under this plan the buyer is supposed to get a special price on a vehicle. I had gone on line to put in my information and was soon contacted by a sales associate from Herb Chambers who left me information including names and numbers. I was introduced to Erick Joseph who talked with me about the 2011 Camry and introduced me to the new features the Camry offered. Since I owned a 1999 Camry I was satisfied with the Camry product and the good service it provided. He took me for a test drive of the vehicle and continued to explain the high points as we drove along. Erick was personable, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the Toyota product. Upon our return we discussed options, color,and availability. Next came price negotiation. After some discussion with the sales manager, Ahmed Mowena we agreed on a price and I purchased a 2011 Camry LE. All in all my experience at Herb Chambers dealership was an excellent one.
