A big part of our decision was based on the fact that Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston also belongs to the Costco Auto Program. After several phone calls to the Herb Chambers Toyota and receiving instant, friendly receptions and acceptable pricing to us, we practically purchased the car on the phone. The expeditious, courteous and friendly manner that we were greeted through the purchasing process was the best of my experience as a long time car leaser. The whole purchasing process from beginning to end including receiving all the car documentations, car tag, inspection sticker, instruction on the car features, meeting the Sales Manger and Financial Manager, it took less than four hours. It was the most pleasant experience we have had in leasing a car. We would recommend to anyone. More

This 2008 Highlander Limited has exceeded my expectations so far (1,100 miles driven to date). Consumer Reports rates this vehicle quite well. The Salesman, Chad Green, was informative, friendly, and helpful in working to meet my needs. He was professional at all times. Will Ralph, sales manager, was also quite welcoming and helpful. Due to the high price of gas most Toyota dealers were not coming off MSRP for the Prius and to take it a step further they were offering well under Blue Book for trade-ins for anyone interested in a Prius. We worked with salesman Flavio Fonseca and the deal we got was much better than we were offered elsewhere. Flavio was very upfront and professional with no high pressure tactics, a real pleasure to work with him. The deal we got made it well worth the one hour drive from home to the dealership.
