At first we sought for service from another dealer after hearing that they were offering the car we'd wanted, which was a Toyota Highlander 2013 in the color pearl, for a good price, but they failed to meet hearing that they were offering the car we'd wanted, which was a Toyota Highlander 2013 in the color pearl, for a good price, but they failed to meet our expectations for the service we were hoping for. Not only did they fail to stay with the price they'd arranged for the car, they'd also told us they no longer had the color we'd wanted in stock and that we would need to pay extra to deliver a model in our desired color. After a first horrible experience with that dealer we thought our next would be the same, but Giau prove that theory entirely wrong. Giau provided the best service that we've ever received from any salesperson, and although we do not plan on getting another car anytime soon, we would love for whoever is looking to buy a car to speak to Giau because he will definitely make the process easy, friendly, and quick. We believe he did his job perfectly, and couldn't be happier with our new car. More

I went in to the dealership already aware of the car I wanted. I just wanted a little time and space to look at the different models, but for me, speed and ease of transaction were top priorities. The sales rep was extremely responsive to my specific, admittedly non-standard needs (had no interest in test-driving or considering factors other than mpg) and honored my time constraints. Within 2 lunch breaks I was able to go in and come out with a new car. I cannot say enough about how respectful, honest, and efficient everyone I dealt with was. I can very confidently say that I would not bother looking for another dealership. For as long as I live in the Boston area, I would use and recommend Herb Chambers' dealerships based on my first purchase with them. More

I walked into the Toyota Scion dealership of Boston not sure of what to expect, I had been to one dealer before hand outside of Boston, and the sales people were pushy, and didn't care about my needs, or w sure of what to expect, I had been to one dealer before hand outside of Boston, and the sales people were pushy, and didn't care about my needs, or wants in a car, and this made me reluctant to go back to a dealorship. I was hesitent at first and expected this dealorship to be similar, but when Wesley Konopka, who was the sales associate, offered to help me out in finding the perfect car, I knew this would be a different experience. He was never pushy, and did a great job of offering me assistance in deciding what car I wanted. I ended up going with a sexy 2010 corolla and couldnt be happier with my purchase. If I were to recommend anyone what car dealorship to go to I would say Toyota Scion of Boston anyday!
