I thought I wanted a Prius and had called to be sure they still had the one I had priced online. I asked for Victor when I got there as I had spoken to him on the phone. However, he introduced me to Mark DiPaolo who then took over. I was disappointed at first, but Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable that I was glad to be dealing with him. Mark was able to deal with one setback after another. First, it turned out that after an extensive test drive, that I don't like Priuses. But I had a fall back. Then there were no cars in my price range of my fall back preference: Camry V6. But Mark found a nice little red V6 that I liked very much in he test drive and it met my space requirements (as Mark helped prove by loading its trunk with the "test case" luggage we had brought). Then I didn't want to pay as much for anything else as I had convinced myself to pay for a Prius. Suffice it to say that Mark went the extra mile 3 times, and was patient and answered all my questions knowledgeably, and I am sure no deal would have been made without his efforts and persistence. In the course of going through all the details of the sale, I was impressed with the care the Herb Chambers companies takes to be sure everything is clearly spelled out and how thorough they are in guaranteeing the quality of their cars. The expeditious, courteous and friendly manner that we were greeted through the purchasing process was the best of my experience as a long time car leaser. The whole purchasing process from beginning to end including receiving all the car documentations, car tag, inspection sticker, instruction on the car features, meeting the Sales Manger and Financial Manager, it took less than four hours. This 2008 Highlander Limited has exceeded my expectations so far (1,100 miles driven to date). Consumer Reports rates this vehicle quite well.
