I walked into Herb Chambers Toyota Boston with the intent to look at some cars I found on the website and maybe test drive one. While there were a few glitches along the way that were largely based on bad timing because of a long holiday weekend, I left the dealership this evening in my Rav4 and felt extremely satisfied with the customer service I received in correcting the few errors. Howie Reske and Patrick Allosso were not only spot on in helping to smooth over some glitches, but they were extremely attentive to my time and getting everything taken care of for me in a timely fashion. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, specifically because of how fantastic the people running it are. You can find sales staff that aren't always on their A game everywhere, but you certainly can't find a place being run with such exceptional customer service etiquette. More

I was impressed by her empathy-- Bridgete McAuley, a Client Care specialist with Herb Chambers Toyota. She was tremendously kind and knowledgable. I was impressed by her empathy--I was looking for a car for someone in a wheelchair--and she went above and beyond to see what she could do (even if ultimately, Toyota doesn't lease handicapped-accessible vehicles). She called half-a-dozen people at least within the company and then followed up with me to make sure that they had gotten in touch. I was very impressed by her and by her company. She is a true asset. More
It was a no hassle, "lets try to put you in a car" experience. I had come in looking for a 2004 Prius for $12000, and they said "well, that one we just got rid of because it failed its safety in car" experience. I had come in looking for a 2004 Prius for $12000, and they said "well, that one we just got rid of because it failed its safety inspection". This is after listing the car for a long time on Cars.com. Maybe they never really had the car and it was just an internet honey-pot to attract people looking for a cheap car and then talk them up into something more expensive. Despite that lingering suspicion, I had a good experience and ended up with a pretty new car that will last a long time. More

Steve was GREAT- I went to the dealership, and had been feeling stressed about buying a car. When I walked in, Steve was so welcoming and nice that my dad and I felt right at home. We saw a beautiful used feeling stressed about buying a car. When I walked in, Steve was so welcoming and nice that my dad and I felt right at home. We saw a beautiful used prius in the showroom- it was in really good condition, and though it was somewhat pricey, I decided to buy it. Steve was efficient and really took what I said under consideration. I felt really respected, and comfortable with my decision. I also had Will Ralph on the buisness end of things, and he was cordial and efficient. I was really impressed by this dealership, and will be coming back for services and when I need a new car. I am MORE THAN satisfied with the service I received at Herb Chambers in Boston. I've purchased 3 previous vehicles from 3 different dealerships and NONE of those dealerships compare to this one. My salesman Mark Dipaolo went above and beyond what a salesman has ever done for me. I had to drop off my rental 20 mins away from the dealership and was planning to take a 45 min train ride back to get my new car. Instead, Mark offered to come pick me up which was a HUGE help to me. He was already there waiting before I even got there. Once back at the dealership I had to do a lot of back and forth stuff with my insurance company and Mark continuously checked on me to see if I needed anything and always kept me updated on the status of my car. I would HIGHLY recommend any of my friends and family to this dealership and especially to Mark if purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely courteous and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and everything was all set. Never have I worked with a saleman like him before. I was also very impressed with the dealership itself as well as my financing person Nathan who also helped me tremendously. I chose this dealership over another one that I had ALREADY given a deposit to. I did this solely based on their customer service. If I ever decide to upgrade or ever need to get a new car, I 100% will be returning to Mark. THANK YOU!! More
