Got the exact car I wanted, relatively quickly and in a low-pressure environment. The lo jack took a little longer than I was initially told it would take to be installed, but other than that it was a perf low-pressure environment. I went to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston looking for a new car with really good gas mileage. However, I love SUVs and was currently driving one, but thought a sedan would make more sense in regards to goo new car with really good gas mileage. However, I love SUVs and was currently driving one, but thought a sedan would make more sense in regards to good gas mileage. I walked in and started looking around at the cars in the showroom and was greeted with a friendly smile and was asked what I was looking for. Ryan McDonnell was extremely helpful and asked exactly what I wanted in the car to get a better idea of what to show me. Once I told him what I wanted and was interested in the Camry, he brought me down to show me the new Camrys they had in stock and gave me all the information about it. When I sat in it, he asked what I thought, and all I could say was that it was nice but I didn't love it. I really wanted an SUV but thought it was a bad decision with the miles I travel for work. Ryan brought me over to a new RAV4 and told me the gas mileage was still really good and that if I really want an SUV, I shouldn't settle because I wouldn't be happy with my choice. He also explained that it was AWD which would help driving in all weathers for work and that whatever it didn't have I could add. Once I sat in it, I felt much better and more comfortable than I did in the Camry. Ryan then introduced me to Haider, who brought me on a test drive to see how I enjoyed the RAV4. Haider told me I could drive around as much as I wanted to get a good feel for the car, go on the highway and do some city driving, directing me with each turn. He also explained all the interior features and answered any and all questions I had with ease and friendliness. He never once asked me about whether I'd be purchasing the car, only how I liked it. I did not feel pressured at all. When the test drive was over, I sat down with both Haider and Ryan to go over all the information and I told them I wanted the car but needed to go over the price with my parents first and would most likely be back the next day to buy the car. They completely understood and did not push, but did recommend putting a small deposit down to hold the RAV4 since they had only two and I wanted a specific one. They printed out all the information with the prices laid out so I could easily go over them with my parents. The price was so great and I got a great deal on my trade in, that my parents approved quickly. When I returned the next morning, Haider and Ryan helped me right away and brought me over to Pat, who was expecting me, to do all the signing quickly. In the end, I am extremely happy with my new 2013 RAV4, and so grateful for Ryan telling me not to settle for a sedan. I absolutely recommend everyone to go to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston!! Great excellent customer service, excellent prices, and excellent staff!! More

I have owned many cars and dealt with people at other dealerships who had been very difficult to deal with as they were always "on" & trying to sell me things even after I experssed I had no interest in them. At Chambers, it was very different. They actually listened to what I wanted and addressed those needs in a pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

He guided us through our car buying experience with the utmost patience. When we went to pick up our RAV4, Haider pointed out a very minor blemish in the paint over one of the front wheels (which we never would have noticed ourselves) and asked us if we still wanted to go through with the purchase. We did, and drove away in our perfect new vehicle the next morning. Please seriously consider purchasing from Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston when you are in the market for a new vehicle. He also did a great job in helping me set up the vehicle to my specifications after purchase. He made the entire process extremely easy from beginning to end. The General Manager, Howie Reske, was also a pleasure to work with. He ensured everything ran seamlessly and was extremely attentive to what we were looking for. This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made and will be undoubtedly be back if I'm in the market for another Toyota. I recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I went to Herb Chambers in Allston, to look at a used Prius, where a nice young man named Adel showed me a good looking car that seemed like a good deal. When I said that I needed time to think about it and do some comparison, he called over a more senior salesman who told me in serious terms that the car you look at today, someone else looked at yesterday and would buy before you, if you didn't snatch it up. Passing it off as a hard sell, I went home to think on it. The next day, convinced that I'd found a good deal, I went back to buy the car. I found Adel looking worried because the car was not there but at their sister dealership up the street; someone else who had looked at it previously was coming to buy it. He called over, informing them that his customer was there now and the car was to be returned. A salesman from the other dealership arrived with the car, unhappy that he’d lost the sale, but sure I was getting a good car. I could only laugh because they had warned me just the day before. And they even gave me a little more for my trade in. So I bought the car, I still think I got a good deal, and I can only say “they told me so”. More
