Checking out various dealerships throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, nobody was more helpful and friend car so that I could commute to work. Working with them, we narrowed down my potential choices till I picked the perfect Corolla. I would recommend that anyone looking for a Toyota to contact them to help you out. The place started out fine until Kenny came over and started "helping" us. He asked us the standard (but annoying) "what do we need to do to get your business today?". My husband and I got rather excited and Kenny asked for my credit card to get the process started while we were instructed to go pick out a color. When we returned, Kenny sat down and reassured us that "everything is good" and went over the deal. Only problem was that the price jumped $20 a month. I had to specifically ask if the original deal was off the table because Kenny was insisting this price was a great deal (the price was back to the original number at this point). My husband was furious with his bait and switch tactics but I liked the car so we continued talking to him. We came to another agreement at an in-between price. Kenny went to "check something", came back and did the same exact thing only this time, instead of going back to the starting price, he actually went higher all the while assuring us that this was a "great deal"! We were disgusted with his business ethics and tactics. After we wasted 3 hours there, I had to ask for my credit card back. We left disppointed and angry. We did email the manager informing them of our experience and they did call us back to apologize. However, at that point we had already experienced much better customer service elsewhere and decided to forego the Rav 4 entirely. Toyota's loss, Chevy's gain! So if you go here, make sure you stay away from Kenny. He comes off very polite and friendly, but he's slimy and unethical! More

I walked into Herb Chambers Toyota Boston with the intent to look at some cars I found on the website and maybe test drive one. While there were a few glitches along the way that were largely based on bad timing because of a long holiday weekend, I left the dealership this evening in my Rav4 and felt extremely satisfied with the customer service I received in correcting the few errors. Howie Reske and Patrick Allosso were not only spot on in helping to smooth over some glitches, but they were extremely attentive to my time and getting everything taken care of for me in a timely fashion. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, specifically because of how fantastic the people running it are. You can find sales staff that aren't always on their A game everywhere, but you certainly can't find a place being run with such exceptional customer service etiquette. More

At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable about the process, rather I felt I was given enough reliable information to steer the process in the direction I wanted to go. We found Mark Di Paulo to be very courteous, energetic and knowledgeable about Toyota products. I received excellent customer service and care from Bridgete McAuley, a Client Care specialist with Herb Chambers Toyota. She was tremendously kind and knowledgable. I was impressed by her empathy-- Bridgete McAuley, a Client Care specialist with Herb Chambers Toyota. She was tremendously kind and knowledgable. I was impressed by her empathy--I was looking for a car for someone in a wheelchair--and she went above and beyond to see what she could do (even if ultimately, Toyota doesn't lease handicapped-accessible vehicles). She called half-a-dozen people at least within the company and then followed up with me to make sure that they had gotten in touch. I was very impressed by her and by her company. She is a true asset. More
It was a no hassle, "lets try to put you in a car" experience. I had come in looking for a 2004 Prius for $12000, and they said "well, that one we just got rid of because it failed its safety in car" experience. This is after listing the car for a long time on Cars.com. Maybe they never really had the car and it was just an internet honey-pot to attract people looking for a cheap car and then talk them up into something more expensive. Despite that lingering suspicion, I had a good experience and ended up with a pretty new car that will last a long time. More
