When the car I saw on the Internet and expected to purchase that day was unavailable, Michael patiently helped me find a different car that actually turned out to be a better value. As other reviewers have mentioned, Michael is very kind and thorough and made sure I knew every feature of my car before driving off the lot. In addition, even though working on a Saturday night, Pat the financing manager was efficient in getting me a great interest rate and loan to close the deal. Even though I live in western MA, I would recommend this dealership (and Michael) to friends who were looking to purchase or lease a car. More

Condescending salesmen, rude sales manager, waiting a week to get approved financing, enough was enough. That was when I decided to give Herb a shot. Did some research, a lot of positive reviews, so i went with them. I was glad I did. Ian Loebis the client care specialist was the first person I was contacted by. He was patient, polite and professional. He really went out of his way to make me feel at home at Herb. He assured me that i would have a great experience at Herb and he was right. Then i was paired with Haider my salesman, he was a pro also he was patient, polite and listened to what I wanted for my new Tacoma and found it. He never tried to sell me something i did not want. He was what a salesman should be, keep up the great work Haider. Howie the sales manager was also very professional. He was fair, patient and was willing to make the best possible deal. Patrick the financial manager was also a pleasure to work with. The financing approval was done quickly, not like the other dealership I had dealt with previously, which took about a week to get an answer. He answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. Overall it was a great experience, my only regret? I should of went to them first. More
My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned 2010 Cx70 Volvo through the Costco auto buying program. When I first inquired about the program, I spoke at length with Jennifer Irving. She was knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to speak with over the phone. My husband and I were very interested in the Volvo that we ultimately bought. She was able to locate our vehicle and Michael Pucciarelli was the one to bring it to the Herb Chambers at the Boston location for us to see. We came in this past Saturday and met with Michael. He was extremely professional, patient and kind. He took us on a lengthy test drive and made sure to give us each a chance to drive the vehicle. He gave us a brief history of Herb Chambers and the importance that Herb places on treating the customer well. When we came back to the dealership, we both knew that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Michael made sure to have the car detailed and he even made sure to do a last minute safety check on the vehicle, even though an extensive check was already performed. We had our two daughters with us and he said that he wanted to ensure that the car was in tip top condition for them as well as for us. Michael spent a tremendous amount of time with us to make sure that we were in complete understanding of our transaction. He explained every single paper we signed and made sure to give us the opportunity to ask as many questions as we needed. We also dealt with Pat Allosso. He too was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He even went out of his way to get our girls a few balloons. He was fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with all around. We will be more than happy to give our business to Herb Chambers of Boston again. We will certainly spread the word to our family and friends when they are in need of a new car. The dealership always take times, explained options and details, completely pressure free. Before I came to the dealership today I almost purchase the vehicle from other local dealership yesterday. I called my brother who bought the Highlander from about three months ago. He suggested me to call Giau before I complete the deal which I left the other dealership and did what my brother told me. I told Giau what I need in the car, my financial situation and budget. He brought to me the Rav4 in the color that I like but at the end he suggested me to upgrade to XLE which give a lot more options for $800 different. So I accept the deal which make sense. 30 minutes later I completed the deal and on my way home with the brand new Rav4. My sales consultant was Stanley Fevrier and he was very helpful and knowledgable about everything we wanted to know and things we didn't even know we wanted to know :) We originally wanted to buy and when helpful and knowledgable about everything we wanted to know and things we didn't even know we wanted to know :) We originally wanted to buy and when we couldn't come to an agreement about price we were comfortable with, he offered some other options and clearly discussed the pros and cons. During the closing and final paperwork, I spoke with Li Zhang who was so pleasant and organized. He explained everything that I was signing and really spent an ample amount of time on each piece of paperwork even though it was after 9pm closing time and I was the last person there. I felt like the staff as a whole, not only wanted to get me the best deal, but they cared about my personal situation and what we could really afford. It wasn't a game to see how much money they could get out of us. It was a real professional experience that showed that they truly care about you as a person and not just a customer. Also, if you don't already know it, the waiting game a lot of people experience is a trick.. the more you wait, the better your chances are of caving or settling for the price they want! The longest time I waited here was maybe 15-20 minutes!! Don't give it another thought..if you're shopping for a new Toyota, there is no other place to visit...go to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston- you'll thank yourself when you're done and not aggravated or annoyed with the service you received or the useless waiting they put you through!
