No pressure to move faster than I was comfortable with. Mike was respectful of and normalized my anxieties (hadn't bought a new car in 14 years and things have changed a whole lot since then!) Though I am a little ole lady, there wasn't the slightest bit of patronizing. It was actually very nice to deal with people who were more my own age. Mike was creative in finding the best car for me. I ended up buying a Prius V, but with mid-range accessories. At the end of the experience I actually believed the Herb Chambers motto (paraphrased): we don't want to sell you a car, we want to help you find the best car for you. More

Everyone we dealt with at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston was fantastic! We were very slow and browsed for a long time before finally purchasing a 2014 Highlander. Howie, the general manager, was very engaged and made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our multiple visits to the dealership. Once the car was ordered Anthony made sure we knew where the car was and when it would arrive. The prices at Herb Chambers were competitive but their customer service was far superior to the other dealerships we visited. More

The price quoted was good enough that I purchased the car the same day, without the need to compare prices with other dealers. There was also no pressure from the sales manager to sell me extras that I didn't want. What impressed me the most is Michael's after sales customer service. He called within 2 weeks to make sure I have no problems with the car and to call him for any questions. He also called after 3 months and 6 months to follow up.
