Howie, Cathy and Patrick were patient and honest. They helped me find the perfect fit for my needs and budget. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. helped me find the perfect fit for my needs and budget. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. More
We keep going back to Kathie and Howie with our car needs. Our family members have also purchased cars from Howie going back 10 - 15 years. We depend and trust Kathie and Howie to give us the honest needs. Our family members have also purchased cars from Howie going back 10 - 15 years. We depend and trust Kathie and Howie to give us the honest truth about the vehicles we are looking for and always advises us with what he thinks would be in our best interest. Their expertise is greatly appreciated and welcomed. We will not go anywhere else to buy or lease a car in the future. Wherever Howie and Katie go, we will follow. Claire and Jason Leary More
By the time my wife and I had decided somewhat last-minute to lease a car at this year's end instead of some time next year, I'd already done a fair amount of research and test driving, so I was r last-minute to lease a car at this year's end instead of some time next year, I'd already done a fair amount of research and test driving, so I was ready to talk numbers. I had already narrowed my finalists down to two totally different cars and thus two dealerships, and I was more or less ready to make a decision when the time came. At first, I was mainly just concerned with the best deal, as I had already decided I liked both dealerships (not sure I could have ever said that in the past). Being that my wife and I had upped our timetable dramatically, I wanted to keep the down payment fairly low, as well as the monthly, so that dictated a lease in our case. While the other salesman brand’s dealership was super-quick to respond and gave me all the information I needed to decide on that particular car fairly early in my work day, with minimal contact by email and phone (I almost just went for it, it was such a good deal for a car I like a lot), I waited to see what Justin Boivin pull off on the advertised Prius c2 lease by the end of the day (preferring the Prius c3, but <$200 payments beat touchscreen and navigation right now). Though Justin was tied up while the other dealership was close to closing a deal with me, he was able in the afternoon to work out a very similar deal financially, and he worked with me lot by email and even text and quick phone calls to help me get stuff pushed through during my work day. I can't really say Justin and Toyota were *better* than the other dealer. My experience with them has been excellent so far, and they sell cars I like, so it’s likely I won’t be a Toyota-only driver going forward. Meantime, I certainly don’t have buyer’s (leaser’s) remorse over the Prius c. Despite my not getting to the dealership until just about 8:30 after work, he stayed late to finish up all the paperwork and get us to the business manager to finish signing the contracts (who was himself pretty easy to deal with, despite having to pitch us a surprising array of expensive added options, which he did as quickly, clearly, and smoothly as he could, and without any pressure whatsoever). We never felt rushed, and even managed to eat a little bit of a hastily-gathered dinner at his desk while we finished up the work. I had to come back the next day for the car because, being in Allston and all, they didn't have the car we had chosen (blue streak exterior) on site, and the other site was long closed, but Justin was on top of things even after the transaction. I got plenty of back-and-forth contact with him on insurance throughout the day, as we coaxed USAA into issuing an RMV-1 form so that I could drive the car off the lot that evening. Before I drove it away, we spent some time going over the car, even though, again, it was fairly late after I got off work. As I had since the first test drive, I felt like I was talking to a real human, not a desperate sales robot. Like, it's almost a liability to be this relaxed and conversational, because at some point you have to stop chatting and go pick up your wife from work, but this is a far better problem to have than, say, a salesman trying to sell you the car that he is trying to sell and not listening to you and helping to pave the way for you to buy the car you want to buy. I don't know how many other salespeople would do something like this, either, but, despite the sale being over and car being driven off the lot, he still helped to make sure our parking permit was scraped off the old Camry's window so we could return it to the city, and he even saw a book I'd accidentally left in back and brought it in to the dealership so I could pick it up on my next day off. I'm not sure whether we'll buy the Prius c at the end of the lease, or buy or lease something else, but we will definitely check in on Justin (wherever he is, if we can find him still), and see what we can get into that we might want. I'm not in love with pretty much the rest of Toyota’s (or Scion’s) current fleet, but things change and it's worth keeping an open mind for a good buyer's experience and a good ownership experience. I purchased a new Toyota through MICHAEL PUCCIARELLI who is a fabulous salesperson focused on customer satisfaction. When the car I saw on the Internet and expected to purchase that day was unavailable, Mi is a fabulous salesperson focused on customer satisfaction. When the car I saw on the Internet and expected to purchase that day was unavailable, Michael patiently helped me find a different car that actually turned out to be a better value. As other reviewers have mentioned, Michael is very kind and thorough and made sure I knew every feature of my car before driving off the lot. In addition, even though working on a Saturday night, Pat the financing manager was efficient in getting me a great interest rate and loan to close the deal. Even though I live in western MA, I would recommend this dealership (and Michael) to friends who were looking to purchase or lease a car. More

Awful, drawn out, unprofessional. That was my experience before I went to Herb. I bought a 2014 Tacoma at Herb could not be happier. Condescending salesmen, rude sales manager, waiting a week to get approve before I went to Herb. I bought a 2014 Tacoma at Herb could not be happier. Condescending salesmen, rude sales manager, waiting a week to get approved financing, enough was enough. That was when I decided to give Herb a shot. Did some research, a lot of positive reviews, so i went with them. I was glad I did. Ian Loebis the client care specialist was the first person I was contacted by. He was patient, polite and professional. He really went out of his way to make me feel at home at Herb. He assured me that i would have a great experience at Herb and he was right. Then i was paired with Haider my salesman, he was a pro also he was patient, polite and listened to what I wanted for my new Tacoma and found it. He never tried to sell me something i did not want. He was what a salesman should be, keep up the great work Haider. Howie the sales manager was also very professional. He was fair, patient and was willing to make the best possible deal. Patrick the financial manager was also a pleasure to work with. The financing approval was done quickly, not like the other dealership I had dealt with previously, which took about a week to get an answer. He answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. Overall it was a great experience, my only regret? I should of went to them first. More
My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned 2010 Cx70 Volvo through the Costco auto buying program. When I first inquired about the program, I spoke at length with Jennifer Irving. She was knowledgeabl Volvo through the Costco auto buying program. When I first inquired about the program, I spoke at length with Jennifer Irving. She was knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to speak with over the phone. My husband and I were very interested in the Volvo that we ultimately bought. She was able to locate our vehicle and Michael Pucciarelli was the one to bring it to the Herb Chambers at the Boston location for us to see. We came in this past Saturday and met with Michael. He was extremely professional, patient and kind. He took us on a lengthy test drive and made sure to give us each a chance to drive the vehicle. He gave us a brief history of Herb Chambers and the importance that Herb places on treating the customer well. When we came back to the dealership, we both knew that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Michael made sure to have the car detailed and he even made sure to do a last minute safety check on the vehicle, even though an extensive check was already performed. We had our two daughters with us and he said that he wanted to ensure that the car was in tip top condition for them as well as for us. Michael spent a tremendous amount of time with us to make sure that we were in complete understanding of our transaction. He explained every single paper we signed and made sure to give us the opportunity to ask as many questions as we needed. We also dealt with Pat Allosso. He too was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He even went out of his way to get our girls a few balloons. He was fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with all around. We will be more than happy to give our business to Herb Chambers of Boston again. We will certainly spread the word to our family and friends when they are in need of a new car. I really didn't think that car shopping could be such a pleasant experience!! Thanks again Michael, Jennifer and Pat. More

The dealer Dear Mr. Chambers, This is our third vehicle we bought from Giau this year. All the results the same, very smooth transaction and easy. The dealership always take times, explained options and details, completely pressure free. Before I came to the dealership today I almost purchase the vehicle from other local dealership yesterday. I called my brother who bought the Highlander from about three months ago. He suggested me to call Giau before I complete the deal which I left the other dealership and did what my brother told me. I told Giau what I need in the car, my financial situation and budget. He brought to me the Rav4 in the color that I like but at the end he suggested me to upgrade to XLE which give a lot more options for $800 different. So I accept the deal which make sense. 30 minutes later I completed the deal and on my way home with the brand new Rav4. Mr. Chambers, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent services from your Toyota dealership. And I know that I made the right decision that I came to your dealership. I will recommend your dealership, Giau, Ryan, Li and Howie to all my friends and family members. Thank you, Hung Do More
