Pleasant visit to the service department We were extremely pleased with our first service department visit at this location. Rich Ellison, the Assistant Service Manager, was very knowledgeabl We were extremely pleased with our first service department visit at this location. Rich Ellison, the Assistant Service Manager, was very knowledgeable and personable about the service our beloved Camry needed for its 18 month maintenance appointment. We appreciated that he gave us paperwork about the ToyotaCare Plus Plan for after our maintenance plan runs out. He even sat in the car and showed us how to use some of the fancy features that we didn't know how to use. We also appreciated that he gave us the needed free car wash coupon after winter at the Allston Car Wash, winner of many "Best of Boston" awards. Our car felt special! :) Rich made a point of coming downstairs to get us after our service appointment was completed. It was nice to have a business cubical to wait in so that we could get some work done while our car was being serviced. It was impressive how clean and elegant the bathroom was. The toilets were shiny clean! Yes, customers notice these things! From beginning to end, our visit was pleasant and memorable in the best possible way. Rich Ellison's service was so outstanding and easy for the customer that the next time we buy a car, we will definitely buy one from this dealership. Rich deserves a raise and a trip to Hawaii. The experience I had a Herb Chambers Toyota was the complete opposite. I kept pinching myself during the process and when it was completed, I asked the people I worked with "Were you Faking it" ? Like always, they try to sell you a bunch of additional stuff you didn't even know you needed. I felt that most of those items were way over priced, but check them out. Extraordinary Experience Purchasing New Car I have always loved Toyota cars for their quality, value, and dependability so when I had to purchase a new car due to my previous Toyota being in an I have always loved Toyota cars for their quality, value, and dependability so when I had to purchase a new car due to my previous Toyota being in an accident and considered a total loss I immediately went to Herb Chambers Toyota online. The reason I chose this dealership over all other Toyota dealerships is their wonderful Service Department. Whenever I need any work with my car, whether a simple oil change or more complex work, I go see Gary Francois and the Service Team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. They have always provided great service and performed the work my car needed to run smoothly. Which leads me to my new car. I knew from looking online that I was interested in a Toyota Corolla but was unsure as to which model I would purchase. I went into the dealership and met an amazing Sales Consultant, Haider Amin. Haider listened to me regarding my interests, he explained to me the differences between the cars, and he allowed me to choose a car to test drive. He did not try to push me to purchase a car nor to purchase a different, more expensive car. Once I decided to purchase, Haider made the process simple. He along with Patrick Allosso, the Finance Director, assisted me with signing all required paperwork and obtaining the car with the options I desired. It was late in the evening when I purchased my car so Haider worked with my insurance agent and made sure everything was ready for me to pick up my new car the very next day. I ended up purchasing the Toyota Corolla S Plus and I am beyond happy with my car. Haider and Patrick made me me love this dealership even more and now I will be recommending this dealership for service as well as purchases. Just as I know that I can trust Toyota cars for their quality, value, and dependability, I know I can trust Herb Chambers Toyota Sales, Finance, and Service Teams. Exceptional Dealership I bought a new RAV4 on 2March2015. I would be remiss if I did not comment on the exceptional support and service I received at this dealership. Mr Ho I bought a new RAV4 on 2March2015. I would be remiss if I did not comment on the exceptional support and service I received at this dealership. Mr Howie Reske and his staff were by-far the best group of car sales people I have ever dealted with. (Over the last 17 years , I have purchased 8 new cars, 7 different dealers.) My sales representative was Mr. Eugene Montague and finance rep was Mr. M. Aubuchan. The service department was also of great service and support; the personnel I came in contact with were truely professional and supportive. Because of the amount of snow in Boston, I could not park on the street. They found space in the service area for my car. It was purely incidental that I visited Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. My granddaughter wanted a RAV4 and she attends college in Boston. After we picked her up for a weekend in Westport, MA, we visited this dealer. It turned out to be a great decision. I also would like to comment on my sales rep, Mr Montague. He was by-far the overall best sales person I have ever met. The most courteous, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. The second we walked into Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston, we knew we were in the right place. Bob greeted us and began by telling us about their dealership and what they do for their customers. I honestly don't think I've ever been in a dealership where the first questions weren't - 'what are you looking to spend?' 'how much are you going to put down?' etc. We were placed with Kathie for our sales purchase, and she was FANTASTIC!! She went over every aspect of the new vehicle with us and took us on a couple test drives. I also want to say that Pat in the finance office was wonderful as well. He explained everything to us clearly, no hidden fees etc. This dealership is the real deal and there's no BS with them - which I think is rare to find when buying a car! We are extremely happy with our new vehicle and will absolutely recommend this dealership to family and friends!! More

I chose leasing which for me was perfect. Not for everyone I know but trust me when I tell you that this dealership will hold you hand through every step of the way to make sure that you are comfortable with the decision you make.
