I had expected a week+ long search between several dealers to get into a safe, reliable vehicle. Meeting John changed all that. From the moment we were paired, he was engaging, relatable and down to earth. I don't like it when people try to over-sell, so I really appreciated John's approach to showing me around and getting me the details for what the dealership had to offer. John was able to work with his management to get me an unexpected deal, and was an advocate for me throughout the process. We discussed some different options for me to potentially get into a newer RAV4. While it didn't work out at the moment due to our family budget (new parents!), John left me with a lot to think about. John was very kind, took the time to explain the different features on the newer models in comparison to the year I own, and was not pushy at all (something I really appreciate in a salesman). I hope that I will be able to trade in my current car for a newer one soon rather than later, and that I will be able to do that with John's help! More

John patiently explained about details of TOYOTA cars to the person with minimum knowledge (=me) and recommended RAV4 LE which has essential functions for my purpose. I understood well that his service is aiming to make his customers satisfied with appropriate car. He didn't push me to add extra expensive options. Moreover, he gave me time to consider overnight, which is sometimes very helpful to make big decision (unfortunately I had very bad experience when I visited other dealer when I asked to give me time to think). I think he was able to do it because he knows how TOYOTA car is excellent and he is really proud of TOYOTA cars. Johns is a real sales person who loves TOYOTA cars. Thank you, John! More

Dealer kept to all agreements, didn't pressure us on up selling or using their financing. Delivered car when promised and answered all of our questions Joshua was great to work with and so was Mark from the Finacing Department. However our entire experience started of with the utmost professionalism from Jaclyn from the Internet pricing. She provided the quote that got us in the door and she made sure the quote was honored, unlike Boch Toyota who did a classic bait and switch when we entered their showroom. We will purchase all new cars from Herb Chambers going froward. More

Then after finish that. he said my right bulb was damage. he suggestted i changed it this time. so i asked the price, he said about $30.0 .so i agree this . after about 5-10minutes, they finished this. but when i receive the bill, it show : $37.0 plus $55.0 . so i asked whats this S55.0? he said this is labour fees, i said only 5-10 minutes, he said minimum charge 1 hours,so is $55.0. i said why dont you tell me this labour fee before i agree to change, so i can have my choice or not, he said : now all fixed, we cant take away your new bulb ......so i feel they cant service the custom like this way. hope somebody can help me to solve this problem.
