Abouzar, It's disappointing to read this feedback. It certainly isn't our intention for you to leave our dealership feeling as though we are untrustworthy. The $349 is our documentation fee and that is a fee we can't discount or waive. Your interest rate was 3.5%, which is a very good rate. If you didn't like the rate we were able to get, you had the option to secure you're own financing. You chose to follow through with our financing, but you can always refinance if you can find a lower rate elsewhere. You were buying out your lease, so naturally an extended warranty is a fair suggestion. Manipulation certainly doesn't seem like a fair sentiment, but you're entitled to your opinion.
