They understood that I had very specific desired features and did not unduly pressure me into buying a car that they already had on the lot (none of which suited my requests) but instead helped me to order the right car from the factory. Most other dealers treated me as if I were only good for "quick sale" and became less interested when they learned I would not fulfill that role. Stefania and Allen at Herb Chambers, though, listened to my requests and worked to fulfill my needs. They treated me like a PERSON, not just a sale. I had multiple questions that I could not answer through my own research, so they used their internal networks to discover the answer. And, after all that, still offered a great price. Even Mark in Finance treated me well, researching answers to my questions and explaining the packages in a way that made sense without pressuring the sale.
