He was very honest with us about the car features, what to expect from Toyota, and was patient with our many questions. He showed us all of the new features, carefully reviewing what may or may not be useful for us based on where we park, how frequently we drive, etc. The only thing I would change about the experience is the amount of time we spent at the dealership and waiting for the car, but these were things that were completely out of Chino's control (e.g., we had to wait for the finance team to be ready for paperwork signing, the new car had to go to the body shop to fix a scratch). Overall, we would definitely recommend Chino specifically for anyone looking to buy a new car. More

Car service The service department was very good, I had my dog with me and there was a child that was teasing the dog so I had to move to the sales floor downstai The service department was very good, I had my dog with me and there was a child that was teasing the dog so I had to move to the sales floor downstairs to wait. I was sitting at the windowsill for 2 hours, I was not aware there was a waiting room with comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee. The people from the sales department passed by me hundreds of time and they didn’t care to asked me or guide me to the waiting room. I will continue to bring my car for service at this dealership; however, I will not buy any car from that sales department. More
Rude, unprofessional, and Inefficient Service I went to this dealership and just to make a sale, I was promised a lot of things like delivery on Tuesday, free interstate registration, etc. and was I went to this dealership and just to make a sale, I was promised a lot of things like delivery on Tuesday, free interstate registration, etc. and was asked to finalize the deal the same day by paying the first month's payment. Then on the next day (my first day at work) I got a call to be in the Boston to sign the paperwork if I wanted the car the next day. I traveled to Boston from Connecticut just to sign the paperwork since I was promised the car delivery the next day. While signing the paperwork, I was denied the free registration and was told that I will have to pay for it. The next day (delivery day), I get a call saying I need to take a half day in order to complete the car registration. So I take a half day on my second day at work and these people don't show up. They never called back until I did after 3 days. At that point I cancelled the deal and went to other dealer who delivered the car within 3 days. More
