Service and Sales Service was good and timely. It usually is. I was contacted by the sales department to consider selling my Prius V. That did not go so well. Car Service was good and timely. It usually is. I was contacted by the sales department to consider selling my Prius V. That did not go so well. Car assessment was wrong - said I had had 2 accidents, but it was only 1. So the offer was low. The car offered was not attractive. Nevertheless, when I got home I wanted additional information and emailed the salesman. I have yet to get a response. More
