Clyde was Disrespectful and Hostile. Extremely unpleasant experience with Clyde Chornovas (Pre owned Sales Manager). Scheduled an appointment by phone to look at a used vehicle. When we arrived and were directed to Clyde, we were immediately met with hostility and were told he was unaware that we were coming in. No reports regarding the inspection of the vehicle or the car fax were printed and Clyde initially refused to print them for us, telling us we could "find them online ourselves." Before showing us any details of the car, or the car itself, he asked, "how and when will you be paying for this car?" We explained that we wanted to see the car first and he said, "Let's not get ahead of ourselves." I am unsure how we are "getting ahead of ourselves" by simply asking to see the car we would be spending thousands of dollars on. We insisted we see the results of the "160 point inspection" first and he said it was not possible to get any sort of documentation. After much persistence he finally went to the service department and came back with a "repair estimate" which included air filter, oil change, and all new break pads and rotors, but still did not show us what the inspection revealed only insisting that they "don't sell bad cars." Other sales reps within the company could tell how poorly the sale was going and were coming over to chat while Clyde was upstairs in the service department to try to improve our experience. However, nothing could change our minds after the blatant disrespect we had experienced with Clyde. I have never encountered such a rude sales person and we will certainly never be back. More

Blow out Tire Had a major blow out. Dropped off tire at end of day. Service called me the next morning saying new tire had been put on rim and when could I stop i Had a major blow out. Dropped off tire at end of day. Service called me the next morning saying new tire had been put on rim and when could I stop in to mount, balance and put spare back underneath. I said 3:00 PM, they said fine. I was there at 3:00. Had a coffee and a cookie and was out the door by 3:30. What's not to like!!!!! More
