Richard was instrumental in making this an easy process. I had asked him for a particular color/feature combination, and he found the exact vehicle for me in just a few days. He then followed-up with phone calls and emails to keep me up to date throughout the process. Unlike some of the other dealerships I had visited over the past few weeks, I didn't get the same high-pressure sales approach and Richard treated me with the utmost respect. He valued my time and made me feel like I was his only customer. Honestly, it couldn't have been a more pleasant car-buying experience, and I want you to know that Richard is a true asset to your group. I took my vehicle to Toyota of Boston to get it serviced before returning to college. I received a factory recall from Toyota and scheduled an appoinment with Toyota Of Boston. Normally, I do not go to the dealer and was pleasantly surprised by the professional atmoshpere at this dealership appoinment with Toyota Of Boston. They took care of the recall, did a safety inspection, and informed me that everything was fine with my Toyota. They indicated that my brakes may need some attention in about 5,000 miles and they would follow up with me in the future. It was not what I expected of a dealership. I had been looking to lease a Rav 4 for the past few weeks and had been in contact with a few other dealerships through the internet. After being told one thing on the phone or through email and having weeks and had been in contact with a few other dealerships through the internet. After being told one thing on the phone or through email and having the story change when I would get to the dealership, I was about to give up my search. Thats when I contacted Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston... I had been dealing with Jillian over the internet and got a very quick response from her with a monthly payment as well as what I would need to pay up front. I finally went into the dealership and was greeted by the very friendly receptionist and offered an apple, I declined jokingly saying that I only ate Fuji apples she laughed and said that she would see what she could do. I was very happy to find out that everything she had told me on the phone, from payment to colors, was true! I sat with C.K. and he went over some of the features of the vehicle and went over the paper work with me. I told them I wanted to get the car as soon as I could as I was so excited to finally find a car. They told me I would be able to pick the car up the next day. When I went in the next day to pick up my car, I was very surprised to see that the receptionist had gotten Fuji Apples for me!! xx went over every feature of the vehicle with me and even helped me sync my phone to the car's bluetooth!! With such great and honest service, I do not see why anyone would go anywhere else!!! More

I went to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston to look at different vehicles. I traded a Saab and received a great deal on a lease for a 2009 Toyota Prius, which I did not think I would have purchased, but different vehicles. I traded a Saab and received a great deal on a lease for a 2009 Toyota Prius, which I did not think I would have purchased, but after speaking with the Sales Manager and Sales person, I really liked the Prius. I was able to test drive the vehicle and the sales person was great in showing me all the options and equipment that came with the Prius. I just love the car! I have been back since to Toyota of Boston and was treated the same way in a courteous and friendly manner as I was on my first visit. Everyone greets you with a smile and will stop to say hi or ask if they can get you anything. I have and would recommend this location to anyone that is interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
