Good service on the part of Ryan, our salesman - one sales manager, Chris, seemed like he couldn't be bothered with us and our small purchase, though, and it makes us wonder how someone like Chris gets sales manager, Chris, seemed like he couldn't be bothered with us and our small purchase, though, and it makes us wonder how someone like Chris gets into a position of sales manager. Maybe he had an off day, who knows, but a car is a car is a car - you can get 'em anywhere. The personality of the dealership is what makes the difference, and one weak link can ruin it for the whole place. We thought otherwise, the dealership was very good - although a little stiff. Not sure why, in this day and age, management/ownership would require the whole starched white shirt look. Loosen up a little, Herb! And lighten up on the man tan, you're turning orange . . . More
