My battery died on my Porsche over the winter after charging it in the spring , I took it out for the first ride and the radio did not work all it said was CODE. I called herbchambers Porsche and talke charging it in the spring , I took it out for the first ride and the radio did not work all it said was CODE. I called herbchambers Porsche and talked to Raymond or Ramon in service. He walked me through the process of retrieving my radio serial number. 5 minutes later he had a code number for me and my radio was back in action. Couldn't b happier thanks for all the help! This was all done over the phone by the way. More

Although I went in looking for a specific exterior and interior color for a new 911, I drove away with totally different colors thanks to the GM describing how he ordered that specific combination. Support staff and Service Manager gave great advice while I was waiting for delivery. And, the new coffee machine near the waiting lounge makes a variety of delicious coffees. More

Rick Scourtas is an excellent GM at this dealership. He understands what the customer needs and there is no "car salesman" bad experience. He gives the best he can and then makes it clear that is it. Michael Fernandes at Porsche of Boston deserves to be included in Wikipedia under "Customer Service". His attention to detail, product knowledge, and overall honesty are beyond reproach. Everything is about making the customer happy with their purchase. My car had a minor problem with a clear mask and Michael made sure that it was taken care of to my satisfaction-no questions asked. It is very apparent that his attention to customer satisfaction is cast over the entire dealership in Boston, as not only all his salesmen, but the parts and service departments are very receptive and accommodating. If you are considering any flavor of Porsche, there is no need to go anywhere else other that Porsche of Boston. Ask for Michael and sit back and enjoy the process!!. More
