Always an enjoyable experience! I work from home, so it is great to be able to schedule an appointment during the day and not interrupt my work scheduled-- they have a great waiting I work from home, so it is great to be able to schedule an appointment during the day and not interrupt my work scheduled-- they have a great waiting room area, and even have cubicles to work in, with free wireless. I am able to set up my laptop and get work done as my car is being worked on. Also, I just recently got a puppy and was able to bring him in as well while I waited. The staff was great about him and very welcoming. They offered him treats (Kevin Bugbee) and no one had an issue with him laying on the floor with his toys. Also, the staff is always so nice! More

Not only did they offer a rare and very desirable model and combination of options at a fair price, but were very accommodating on the trade-in and the rest of the transaction. I could add many superlatives, but prefer to keep it simple and say that Ian DELIVERS HAPPINESS. I highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a Porsche see Ian, Rick or Chris. Scheduling of the appointment was very easy and didn't have to wait long for availability. Was met by very friendly valet staff on arrival and Davit (service advisor) was waiting for me and was pleasantly surprised when he remembered me from the time I purchased the vehicle (months ago). I waited for my car and Davit stopped by a couple of times to update me on the progress. The waiting area is pretty comfortable and clean. I also was able to check out the new Porsche Turbo S that recently arrived and was in the show room. While looking around, Ian Miller, the new GM, stopped by to say hello. Ian and Melissa next door at HC BMW are the only two dealers that I have ever experienced having the GM take a personal interest in their customers. My vehicle was finished and returned to me, the check out process was very convenient and within a few minutes I was back on my way. Out of all negative experiences we had previously on dealerships this one was the easiest smooth and most pleasant. As business owners and regular consumers we would recommend him and this dealership to everyone we know. The way business is handled at this dealership should be done everywhere else. We had specific requests, for once we felt like someone prioritized us and our wishes and listened to what we wanted rather then sell something we didn't want or need. Did not have buyers remorse! His advice was invaluable. His follow-up superb. The car arrived, in the timeframe promised, built exactly as ordered. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Rick Scourtas and the Herb Chambers dealership. Everyone, from the receptionist to the GM, gave me the VIP treatment. The new 911 Turbo is a dream car. The workmanship, technology and performance of this car are unsurpassed. I consider it superior to the Ferrari F430 that I recently owned. I've owned Porsche 911 Turbos since 1986. My 2009 Porsche Cayenne was showing the Check Engine light on the instrument panel. It would appear and then not appear over a period of about six ( 6) weeks this past winter. I called Davit Petrosya light on the instrument panel. It would appear and then not appear over a period of about six ( 6) weeks this past winter. I called Davit Petrosyan, the Assistant Service Manager, with whom I had the pleasure of dealing with in the past, and he wasted no time in scheduling a visit for me to bring the the car in and have Jim, one of the techinicians work on the vehicle to try to address the reason for the Check Engine light. Davit, in order to try to save me money, tried to address the issue by having the purge valve and sensor replaced and the fuel injection system cleaned. Unfortunately, the Check Engine light came back on. During this service, Davit provided me with a loaner Porsche at no charge. Because the Check Engine light returned, Davit had me bring the vehicle back, and Jim, the technician who had been working on the vehicle, determined that I needed a new high pressure fuel pump after testing my vehicle with a high pressure fuel pump from another Cayenne. Again, Davit provided me with another loaner vehicle at no charge. Davit not only has the best interests of the company as a priority but also the best interest of a customer who has had a five year plus relationship with this dealership. Davit Petrosyan and the technicians, Jim and Mika, are the reasons why I have used this dealership for service and maintenance. I purchased a 2013 Porsche 911 Turbo Cab used and Porsche Certified with 4500 miles on it. The negotiating process was okay but with slow response times from sales people. As I was buying this 100K plus vehicle sight unseen I inquired telephonically and via email as to it's condition and was assured it was "showroom ready and only needed detailing". When it was delivered (at 9:30 at night) the car was covered with deep rain spotting and bird droppings. I had paid for a covered carrier so this was unexpected and unacceptable. I also found several deep scratches on the bumper which were not disclosed to me by the dealership. I was also only given one key for the vehicle when the purchase agreement clearly stated two keys as part of the purchase. I contacted Ian Miller the General Manager for Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston and brought all the above to his attention. He agreed to have a key sent to me (on several occasions) and to have the vehicle detailed and scratches painted at my local Porsche dealership and the he would pay for and coordinate with my local dealership. To date several months after the fact I am still waiting for my key and my local Porsche dealership has been unable to receive payment from Herb Chambers Porsche after many attempts to do so. In addition, I overpaid for my registration and I am due a refund from Herb Chambers Porsche but even though Ian Miller has told me several times he would do so I am still awaiting the check. If you choose to do business with Ian Miller and Herb Chambers of Boston please do so with eyes wide open. Do not give them ANY money until all has been delivered to your satisfaction. I attempted to resolve this through Porsche Customer Commitment and it appears to have fallen on deaf ears. BEWARE! More
