Herb Chambers MINI of Boston - Service Center

In January 2008, I purchased a 2007 Mini C from Kerry at Herb Chambers. When I bought the car, I decided to buy the warranty plan on the tires for 895.00. It covers any flats you experience in the first fiv Herb Chambers. When I bought the car, I decided to buy the warranty plan on the tires for 895.00. It covers any flats you experience in the first five years of ownership or 3,000 in tire repair. When I bought the car I was told that seeing that I live in Rhode Island, Chambers would pick up and deliver the vehicle for any service. The other day I had a screw puncture my front passenger tire. When I called service they told me that they never heard of picking up the car and to call mini roadside. I called roadside assistance and explained my situation . They in turn called Inskip Mini in Warwick to see if they had the tire in stock and if they could take it in that day. That dealership was more than accomodating flat bedding my car and replacing my tire within a few hours. Herb Chambers has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I would not reccommend them to any of my friends or family. More
