This dealership has wonderful employees, one of whom has been helping me since I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2003. Mark Ravin has always been there to explain everything that was done to the car and has been helping me since I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2003. Mark Ravin has always been there to explain everything that was done to the car and has prevented me from getting the car fixed at a gas station or other shop, thus saving me from wasting money on things that I don't need. The other employees are all very cordial. Plus, the dealership itself has great amenities, including snacks, coffee, and other drinks. They have plenty of places to sit down or to charge and use a laptop, tablet, or phone. More
