It is a very comfortable and luxurious car and it can easily stand up against the other brands. Outstanding Experience As a long time Cadillac owner, when it came time to trade in my older Cadillac DTS, naturally, I visited several local Cadillac dealerships to look fo As a long time Cadillac owner, when it came time to trade in my older Cadillac DTS, naturally, I visited several local Cadillac dealerships to look for a new car. After taking some test drives, I was somewhat disappointed and surprised that the new safe-driving technology was optional rather than being included with the price of the vehicle. Recently, while we were out looking at Cadillacs, my son-in-law suggested that I also consider a Lincoln, since he was impressed with his Lincoln MKX and the service he has received since owning the car. At 4:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon, we decided to stop by Herb Chambers Lincoln in Braintree, 30 minutes before the dealership was closing for the day. Sales Representative Ronny Vikstrom, met with me, showed me several Lincoln MKS vehicles, and immediately set me up with a test drive. Ronny was very knowledgeable, patient, and he spent a great deal of time going over all of the features and options of several MKS models to ensure we found the right car that met all of my expectations. Ronny never hurried me, nor tried to pressure me into making a decision. Additionally, Peter Hern, General Manager, provided a fair value for my trade-in and explained the financing options to me. After test-driving several MKS vehicles with different options, I decided to purchase one that had all of the options and safety features that I wanted. Herb Chambers even had the color I was looking for in stock! Every aspect of the sale process, from the greeting I received when I walked in the door, to finding the right car, and working through the negotiations and financing went very smoothly without any pressure at all. When I picked up my car, Ronny spent a great deal of time with me reviewing all of the features to ensure I had a full understanding of how all of the programs worked and that I was completely comfortable before I left the dealership. Everyone we met at Herb Chambers Lincoln was courteous, friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers and Ronny Vikstrom to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car. More
