Excellent Customer Service! We were greated with great respect from the first initial email requesting information on the vehicle we were interested in. As soon as we walked through the door at the dealership we were treated by very friendly and respectful staff! We went with intentions to browse and although a power outage due to rain/weather we left with a deal and new owners of a used vehicle although to us new! The best part was when I received a call stating that I would not have to drive from Worcester to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was delivered straight to my home by Florin. This was so convenient! If I can give more than 5 stars to Florin I will! He kept up with me and followed up to make sure everything was good and made sure we didn't have any concerns. I highly recommend anyone/everyone to go to this dealership and ask for Florin. More
