This dealership is top notch and so is our sales person, Greg Mirabile, who went above and beyond to help us. After arriving at the dealership, I realized I had forgotten my car plates at home. I thought I would have to drive back home to pick it up and drive back to the dealer, but instead he offered to follow us to our home to exchange the dealerships plates to ours. And, that is exactly what we did. Wow, talk about amazing customer service!!! There was no hassle, pressure, or slick sale gimmicks. I told him exactly what my wife and I wanted and he got it done! We felt peace of mind driving off the lot. We will most definitely be back, and highly recommend this dealership to our friends, family, and any other potential buyers. Outstanding Experience I ended up at the dealership looking for a specific car that I saw online. The online marketing managers put me in touch with Danny Jordan. When I arr I ended up at the dealership looking for a specific car that I saw online. The online marketing managers put me in touch with Danny Jordan. When I arrived at the lot when I told them I would arrive the car was right in front, backed in waiting for me. It was a good way to get a first impression by myself, with my own thoughts, not making conversation. I went in and met Danny, super nice guy with outstanding customer service skills. He took my license, got a plate and off we went. I am from Maine and bought a car in Norwood MA. Why? Because HC and Danny made it easy. They went above and beyond and could not have been more helpful. They delivered the car 160 miles to my home town. 160 miles. Wow. I bought the car that night after a 20 minute test drive. Jeff the finance manager was great. Offered me the extras after explaining them to me and didn't pressure me in any way. He calculated tax, and title and they sent a check with the car to cover them both in the registration process after rolling them into the loan. Great experience. I would buy from them again, wish they would open a dealership in ME. More
