Very Impressive! My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Paul Calder, he was great! She and my sister had visited the dealership August 19th. My mother was looking for a Lincoln MKZ and that's when they met Paul. Paul presented vehicle options, prices, lease amounts, and financing. As soon as she got home she told of the great experience they had that day. I actually called Paul later that week and he went over the details for me, we spent close to 30 minutes and it was time well spent. He never rushed, provided great information, and took my questions. I took my mother back the following week on Saturday. We were a little early, Paul already had the MKZ that my mother was interested parked right in front of the dealership. After we took a test drive and talked in detail with Paul, I think he sensed that price might be a sticking point. So while we were inside Paul went outside and pulled preowned 17 MKZ out front and put it in the same place as the new mode. We couldn't tell the difference, looked like it came off the trailer that very day. Well little did we know that this one had 3000 miles on it and the price was right for my mother! It is a beauty!! We got the deal done that day and my mother was ecstatic. At no time did Paul rush us, it was a very relaxed day. Everyone that worked there greeted us and had smiles on their faces. Lincoln MKC Black Label C.Kelley Malone greeted and welcomed us when we first arrived. He then listened to what style of Lincoln (MKX) we were interested in and then showed C.Kelley Malone greeted and welcomed us when we first arrived. He then listened to what style of Lincoln (MKX) we were interested in and then showed us what MKX versions were available. After a test drive of the MKX we went into the show room. That is where my wife fell in love with the Black Label MKC! Kelley was able to let us test drive the show room model! Excellent car buying experience from Herb Chambers Lincoln!
