After the sale Mara encouraged us to drive the SUV for a week and return to the dealership with follow up questions we may have. The whole process took two days from test drive to drive away with a new 2016 MKX all registered and insured. All in all best experience in purchasing an auto ever. More

First, from the time I entered the dealership until I leased my ne I am very pleased with my experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln, for several reasons. First, from the time I entered the dealership until I leased my new Lincoln I was never pressured to make a decision by my salesman Paul Calder. I have been in retail sales all my life and appreciated the fact that Paul listened to what we were interested in before trying to suggest any particular vehicle. Second, this was the first time we were considering a lease instead of buying the car outright, and Paul did a great job of explaining the difference between the two options. Third, We traded in a 2010 Lincoln MKT,and received what I felt was a fair price, without any haggling at all on the amount. Lastly the car was delivered on time, and Paul explained every option on the car, and how to work them, to my wife, which means that I don't have to do it. All in all the best car dealership experience we have ever had. More

I recently leased a 2016 MKx through her and the experience was first rate. Mara was funny, friendly, personable, helpful, totally knowledgeable about the intricacies and features of the vehicle, and NOT pushy. I met with her, and spent about an hour looking and test driving and decided that I liked the car, but that the monthly payment was to high. I looked at several other comparable cars and decided in the end that the MKx was the best vehicle, so I made some compromises in my monthly budget to more comfortably accommodate the monthly payment. I went back to the dealership to tell Mara that I would take the car and she wasn't there that day. There was no way I was going to let another rep close the deal she started, so I came back when she was at the dealership. She's the best and earned the commission 100%! I would recommend Mara to anyone interested in a Lincoln. For my money, she's the ideal sales consultant. More
