After meeting with James at the Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood, there was no question. James was INCREDIBLY helpful - so professional and friendly and never once pressured us. He spent so much time with us to answer all our questions, checked in with us during the day as we shopped other car models at other dealers, and made us quickly realize no other dealer even came close. Not only did we love the MKC but James just made us feel so well cared for and it was clear we were dealing with professionals and our purchase was valued. I really can’t say enough about how great it all was. James even spent over an hour in the car with us when we picked it up to ensure we knew every single feature and had all the settings exactly as we wanted them. If you’re looking for a Lincoln, head to Herb chambers and ask for James! More

Jim was extremely informative and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted to purchase for accessories or warranties. About two weeks ago I, accompanied by my sister walked into Lincoln of Norwood in searc This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. About two weeks ago I, accompanied by my sister walked into Lincoln of Norwood in search of a pre-owned SUV. We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered the facility and were introduced to our salesman, Kelley Malone. Kelley patiently listened to my needs for my next car and walked us outside to show us some models that might fit. During this time there was absolutely NO pressure at all. None. My sister and I were given all the time in the world to sit in the cars, test all the vehicle functions, and ask all the questions we want. Once I picked out a car I liked we were presented with multiple finance options and were given a clear explanation on the pros and cons of each. As with the car selection process outside there was no pressure and Kelley even took the time to step away while my sister and I discussed my options. After signing the paperwork, Kelley worked double to get my plates transferred off my old car, and get the new car registered and inspected. My sister and I arrived in my trade in and we needed to pick up her daughter from after school so we really appreciated the expediency. Before we pulled off Kelley even asked if we could spare 15-20 minutes so he can go over the infotainment system and vehicle functions. He felt I didn't get a good enough overview earlier during the test drive and wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable leaving the dealership. The gesture was much appreciated. Later that night and the following day (Saturday) I noticed that the engine was making an odd puttering noise and there was an exhaust smell in the cabin. I emailed Kelley with my concerns. An hour later (on a Saturday mind you) he replied apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to have someone from Service call me on Monday. I'm ashamed to say that due to past experiences I didn't have much faith and I foresaw much anguish trying to get this fixed. So it was much to my surprise that on Monday, while getting ready for work I got a call (at 7:30am!) from Greg at the Service dept. He said Kelley left him a note telling him that there were a couple of issues with the car and wanted to know if I'd be able to bring the car in today. Since he was so prompt in following up with me I had more than enough time to bring the car in before work. He gave me a loaner (a beautiful new MKZ) so I can go home and go to work instead of using a vacation day waiting for the car to get done. Greg called about two hours later to tell me the car is fixed. It was a small part that needed to be replaced that addressed both the engine noise and cabin smell. The car has been fine ever since. He even offered to have a driver bring my car to my home and drive the loaner back at whatever time worked best for me. A very useful service that's standard at this dealer. The next day Kelley called to make sure everything was OK and to let him know if anything else pops up. If you're still reading this my apologies for the lengthy review. This was such a good experience I felt the need to sit down and take the time to do a full write up. I really like my car. It makes me enjoy driving again. I won't hesitate to recommend this dealer (and Kelley) to anyone looking to purchase a new car. -Ed More

BEYOND FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE This is the first review I’ve ever written for anyone, even if asked. I feel the exceptional service I received from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood This is the first review I’ve ever written for anyone, even if asked. I feel the exceptional service I received from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood should be shared. I went to this dealership after seeing a used car listed online. When I got to the dealership, I expected the service you get from a typical dealership - being ignored because I looked too young to be able to afford a car or being talked to getting another vehicle I never considered. I was completely wrong. The staffs in this dealership are professional and friendly from beginning to end. I want to note that this vehicle is NOT a Lincoln and the vehicle year is 2011. The internet manager I first corresponded with was very friendly and knowledgable. Jillian McDermott was able to get answers to address some of my concerns. When I got to the dealership, I met another internet manager who was helping Jillian out as she was out, (I forgot her name, sorry!), and she was super friendly as well. She directed me to the sales person, James Santsaver, who helped me throughout the process. James was super friendly and even though I was unsure about purchasing this vehicle, he was not pushy. I admit I may be one of the tougher customers to deal with, but James did not get upset. He was able to address my concerns and for what he can’t answer, he was able to bring the business manager (I also forgot his name, sorry!) to provide the rest of the answers. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about a vehicle that they don’t specialize in selling. Once I finally decided to purchase the vehicle, James was very accommodating. He understood my concerns for an older used vehicle and made accommodations for when we complete the paperwork so I can make the most of the mandatory used car warranty in case any issues were to arise. We scheduled for me to come in on a Thursday night after the vehicle has been serviced to complete the paperwork, but the business manager that does the finance paperwork fell sick so I couldn’t stop in that day. I asked if there was something else we can do so I can get the car on Friday and James quickly found a resolution for me. He had the business manager that does the financing call me Friday morning to go over finance options, then offered to bring paperwork for me to sign and complete, then also drop off the car to me. I couldn’t believe the resolution brought forth to me as I’m purchasing a 2011 vehicle that is NOT a Lincoln. At the moment that was presented to me, I felt as if I was purchasing a brand new Lincoln from them. Everyone involved in the process of helping me purchase the vehicle and getting it delivered to me were all very professional and provided a super phenomenal experience. They stood by their word and were helpful every step of the way. The service Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood provided is beyond first class. After this experience, I wish every vehicle I purchase comes from them, be it a Lincoln or not. This type of customer service is super rare and I would like to give them praise for it. If anyone is in the market for a Lincoln or any used car on their lot, please make a trip to this dealership! You will not regret it! More
