Went from a 2012 to a 2013 new body style mkz on an early bird turn in with lower monthly payments. My third lease was a mkc on Special order which takes the better part of two months. A vehicle with the same options came in and the customer changed their mind. Received a call from Bill Owen and was in the car by the end of week. Only one and a half years into a three year lease and was able to upgrade to a better mkc for a lower monthly payment again. Bill Owen is excellent to work with before during and after the deal. More

Hassle Free dealership!! I couldn't be any happier with my entire experience. I HATE buying new cars. However when my husband and I meet with our sales consultant, Paul Calder he made us feel very comfortable, no pressure, no hassle just pure patience. He did everything he could do to get us what we wanted. Just when I thought I couldn't be happier, We were pleasantly surprised with the work of his Business Manager Jim Lewis. Our payment was dropped down $50 and the percent rate went down by 3%!!! That put me $5.00 less then my original car payment I traded in. We will go back again when it's time for my husbands upgrade.
