General manager Peter Hern and the entire staff made the entire experience a pleasure, spending as much time as I needed to explain every aspect of the ordering process and about the car I was about to order. They kept me appraised of the status of my order, My salesman, Florin Burghiu was especially helpful, spending over 3 hours when I took delivery of the car explaining the functions of the new technology, endlessly patient with my many questions. He has since called to see if I have any questions. The finance staff went to great lengths in helping me understand the options available and arranging additional services to make ownership more convenient for me so that traveling the sixty-six miles from New Hampshire was well worth the trip. I went back on 2/18/17 to meet with him to discuss options and lease payments. He is very professional and patient. He researched available rebates and provided me with a great deal. Normally trading in my lease vehicle for a new one is stressful. However, Florin made the experience as easy as possible and he made sure that the figures and the deal were very transparent.
