When I arrived at the lot when I told them I would arrive the car was right in front, backed in waiting for me. It was a good way to get a first impression by myself, with my own thoughts, not making conversation. I went in and met Danny, super nice guy with outstanding customer service skills. He took my license, got a plate and off we went. I am from Maine and bought a car in Norwood MA. Why? Because HC and Danny made it easy. They went above and beyond and could not have been more helpful. They delivered the car 160 miles to my home town. 160 miles. Wow. I bought the car that night after a 20 minute test drive. Jeff the finance manager was great. Offered me the extras after explaining them to me and didn't pressure me in any way. He calculated tax, and title and they sent a check with the car to cover them both in the registration process after rolling them into the loan. Great experience. I would buy from them again, wish they would open a dealership in ME. More

Most importantly along with Peter, Frank Carey and Greg Mirabile all need to be highly complemented for their efforts to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my car. I also need to highlight the fact that all of my past Lincolns have been trouble free, never an issue. The car in question seems to be a one off with its issues. These issues were resolved with the highest degree of professionalism, speed and most importantly to my satisfaction. I left the dealership today, a very pleased customer with the highest respect for Herb Chambers and his staff. I honestly believe my issue would not have been and could not have been resolved to this level of satisfaction at any other Lincoln dealership.
