(met Greg when I was window shopping for cars back in 2015). Jump to 2018 and I bought a CPO 2015 Lincoln MKS Hybrid from Greg Mirabile, it was an enjoyable experience. Each person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Greg was there to assist me in making my choice, not pushing for a decision. Very friendly and attentive. Once I decided to purchase the car, the process went smoothly (Thank you James). Prior to leaving with the car, Greg walked me through setting up the options and made sure I was comfortable with / understood how things operated. He spent so much time with us to answer all our questions, checked in with us during the day as we shopped other car models at other dealers, and made us quickly realize no other dealer even came close. Not only did we love the MKC but James just made us feel so well cared for and it was clear we were dealing with professionals and our purchase was valued. I really can’t say enough about how great it all was. James even spent over an hour in the car with us when we picked it up to ensure we knew every single feature and had all the settings exactly as we wanted them.
