He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very customer service focused. However, Used Cars Manager Doug, mid-deal sold vehicle to another customer. We needed to leave to pick up our dogs from groomer because shop was closing. Doug reassured us it was okay to do that. He said we should let Danny know we were interested or he would call other customer who was also interested. We said we planned to be back just after 4pm. We text Danny we were on our way back over and moving forward with deal. He let us know Doug had other customer test driving vehicle and he'd call us if she wasn't interested. We were back at dealership as discussed just after 4pm and I asked Doug why he said it was ok to leave and return to finish the deal if that wasn't the case. I asked why he didn't tell us the deal would be off the table if we left and returned to finish it. He said that it was his intention to do that. The fact that it was his intention and he didn't actually tell us, cost us the vehicle we had been searching months for. We need to leave for a trip this week and needed the vehicle to tow a camper we just purchased. We had purchased from Herb Chambers in Braintree previously and had a great experience all around. Not sure what's changed, but definately not the same type of experience at their Norwood dealership today. Very disappointing and frustrating. More

Other than the long wait for delivery for this vehicle and the lack of a black label dealer closer to my location in Maine, I have absolutely no complaints. A very positive experience! They even drove the vehicle up to Maine to deliver it to me and then Sean spent a over 3 hours with me to work through the paperwork and give me a thorough tutorial on all the vehicle functions and to get me set up. And what a wonderful vehicle! Very impressed with the vehicle, dealership and the people I dealt with. More

(Each time walking back to retrieve the next car). Mara also took the time to explain each question that I had about the car and the entire process thoroughly enough for me to understand as a first time car buyer. She truly had my best interest at heart and focused on getting me the best deal for my particular situation. As a first time luxury car owner, a lot of the functions of the car were foreign to me and she explained each detail perfectly for me to take full advantage of all of the features of the car.
