We found the staff to be incredibly knowledgable, patient and relaxed. Additionally, we felt that everyone was honest and sincere. Every employee with whom we interacted, shared our enthusiasm and excitement they day we picked up our vehicle. To us, this meant that they take great pride in their work. Mara Russell completed the paperwork with us. She, also, was very friendly and knowledgeable. A few hours after arriving, we became the proud owners of a Lincoln MKX. Even better, it was ready for us to pick up by noon on Monday, registered, with plates and spotless. Once again, Greg spent time with me to go over every feature in the car.
