Walk in on Saturday the 29th of August and the dealership was extremely busy. We purchased our vehicle and was told it wouldn’t be that long of a wait! He did not try to rush us out to get to the next customer, he took his time and patiently answered all of our questions. He even helped us pick the right protections to make sure our new Lincoln would be covered. In the end our long wait paid off, we now have a beautiful Lincoln that is covered for the next 7 years and we have Jim to thank for that! If you want to be treated fairly and not get taking advantage of, make sure you ask for Jim Lewis, he is very genuine and truly looks out for his customers! He didn’t try to sell us the garbage that most dealers shove down your throat, he had differnet packages that covered us in different ways, he didn’t try to sell us something that we would never use!
