Ryan was very professional and polite. Good job showing us all the possible option combinations. Once the sale was completed and we picked up the car, he went over all the screen controls and other options us all the possible option combinations. I hope he is still working there when we are ready to buy another Lincoln. Jillian responded to our internet price request promptly and followed it up with a phone call. There was some confusion regarding our eligibility for a Lincoln rebate and it turned out we were not eligible, however, James made it right! More
