Very pleasant experience. Comfortable and immaculate lounge area to wait in. Service manager was very friendly and explained everything that would be done to my car. Recently had my car serviced at this location. Seth my service advocate was a delight. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Sincere an apologetic. The reason why he was apologetic is the 5 hour service advocate was a delight. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Sincere an apologetic. The reason why he was apologetic is the 5 hour wait time, I spent there. They could have given me a car and I could have come back to pick up. I was minimally compensated regarding this issue.
