I’d like to review Seth Mills, in the service department, because he has done an excellent job at renewing my faith in this dealership. I’ve had my car 18 months and have had multiple issues with the electro because he has done an excellent job at renewing my faith in this dealership. I’ve had my car 18 months and have had multiple issues with the electronics, resulting in numerous service visits to this dealership. Up until now, the service has been horrendous! But Seth is exactly what I have been looking for in terms of customer service and communication. My last experience was PERFECT! My vehicle was picked up and returned to me on time, the red cap service was excellent, and it took less than 24 hours to complete the work. Both the GM and service mgr of this dealership should look to Seth for customer service retraining!! If everyone had done their job all along as well as Seth does, I would’ve never been dissatisfied.
