I traveled from Central MA to test drive a used vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Brooke. I never felt pressured or rushed. When I decided to purchase, she patiently guided me through the loan process It was a pleasure working with Brooke. I never felt pressured or rushed. I didn't have the necessary documents to complete the deal on Saturday, so she secured my purchased vehicle inside (out of the bad weather) and made arrangements for me to finish the transaction on Sunday.
