Excellent customer service. Always attentive and listen to any concerns I may have with my vehicle. The service managers go over in detail what service is being done and why. The service area is clean, comfortable, and the snacks and coffee are a nice touch. The managers make it a point to know you and greet you by your first name on arrival. In all the years of driving and owning various types of cars and trucks, I never had the connection to a dealership as I have with Herb Chambers Lincoln. Keep up the great work! More
