From the time I walked In it was GREAT. They appraised my car and I wasn't happy with the number so they told me to go around the corner to car max and get a number, so I did and they gave They appraised my car and I wasn't happy with the number so they told me to go around the corner to car max and get a number, so I did and they gave me 5,000.00 dollars more. We bought the car and was told it would be in by the end of the month and it was. The final paperwork was very easy. I would highly recommend this dealership especially Avrum as a perfectly no pressure salesman. More

The service department needs lot of improvement. Go to Herb Chambers means you are in good hands but Lincoln herb chambers of Norwood is not anywhere close to Herb chambers standards.
