The only glitch came when Zach, the business person who was supposed to deal with the paperwork, took another customer when traffic delayed me, and I had to wait an hour and a half for him to get to me. I later learned that its being the last day of the month and his being the only business person on duty that night contributed to the problem. He then moved things along as expeditiously as possible. However, the overall experience was that people did want to be helpful, courteous,and alert. More
