This was one of the most frustrating experiences with a dealership I had ever had. We dropped off our explorer at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Westborough where we had purchased because after only two weeks mu dealership I had ever had. We dropped off our explorer at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Westborough where we had purchased because after only two weeks multiple things weren’t working. After almost a week I get a text saying the explorer was now in Norwood. I asked why it’s there and there was no response. Later I get a text saying they are ordering parts. I text a day later no response. Finally after almost two weeks of Herb Chambers having our explorer and on day 30 of the return policy we get the explorer back. It had been driven 13 miles on the day I picked it up before I got it back and the repairs had nothing to do with driving the explorer. Jason drove the explorer into the bay and parked it with the engine running and as I walked towards the explorer he walked in the other direction and said all set and never explaining what was done. More
