I recently experienced service from Herb Chamber Lincoln mobile unit. Ray was my technician & he texted me his eta about 1/2 hr before his arrival. He was on time. He informed me of what he was hoping to ac mobile unit. Ray was my technician & he texted me his eta about 1/2 hr before his arrival. He was on time. He informed me of what he was hoping to accomplish & gave me a time frame( recall update) He was professional, courteous & on point. He explained that this service can be utilized for many different service calls & car makes. He is a credit to Herb Chamber’s Lincoln dealership & I would highly recommend them More

We just purchased our third new Lincoln at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood. The purchase experience there is unlike most other dealerships. Our sales rep Kevin Sorgi was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with us in going over the vehicle upon delivery. Finance director Jim Lewis was equally friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in covering all aspects of the financing.
