First Internet purchase at Herb Chambers Lexus. I recently wrote a positive review of salesmen Marc Vigor and I unintentionally forgot to honorably mention Danielle Brown-Deland. I initially located the 2014 RX 350 on one of the car web sites and inquired. Danielle responded back in a relatively short period of time. I explained to her what I was looking for and what I had saw on Herb Chamber's Lexus site. Danielle without hestitation immediately went to work and found not one, but two RX 350s that I was in the market for. With a litle negotiating a deal was made that I could not beat anywhere else on the Internet. During the little time I spent on the phone and responding to emails, Danielle was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She really did an outstanding job as she made the start of this transaction run smooth. Danielle subsequently referred me to Marc Vigor who continued the smooth no hassle deal right to the end. The sales consultant and business manager I worked with where both very helpful in; assessing my needs, providing a great deal, and finding affordable financing for the vehicle I wanted. My only disappointment was the less than meticulous car detailing when the car was presented after purchase. Overall the purchasing experience was outstanding and the after purchase accommodations have been great. . . I look forward to a long relationship with Herb Chambers Lexus dealership. More

Highly Recommended As a first time car buyer i was very reluctant and nervous going into Herb Chambers Lexus. I had no idea what to expect. As it turns out i had nothing As a first time car buyer i was very reluctant and nervous going into Herb Chambers Lexus. I had no idea what to expect. As it turns out i had nothing to worry about. When i first walked in and asked for a Sales person they called Robert Ross over and from the second i met him he was courteous, friendly and informative. He never once pressured me into anything and allowed me to describe what i wanted in the car and went from there. Every car he showed us was what i described to him and within 10 minutes i had picked out the car i wanted. Robert explained very well what the whole process was going to be and the next steps i had to take which eased my nerves. After dealing with Robert we were taken to the Finance Manager Joe Bere. Joe was also very informative and helpful and he seemed very excited to be able to work out a deal with us. Even after we left the dealership the first day and went back home and thought about the numbers some more we decided we made a mistake and called Joe to tell him we wanted to adjust the financing. He called back almost immediately and said this was no issue and that we could come back and rework the deal. Joe was very helpful and incredibly willing to work out a deal that was best for us and explained everything that may have gone over my head when negotiating. By the time i left the second time i was truly happy and felt the whole process was exceptional and that both Rob and Joe had exceptional customer service. Finally, the day Robert called and told me my car was ready he seemed as excited as i was about it and he even stayed at the dealership much later than he had planned in order to wait for me to arrive to pick up the car. Robert even threw in an added bonus and continued to reiterate the fact that i could call him anytime with any questions i had. Overall, for my first time experience buying a car i was very pleased. I would recommend Robert Ross to anyone who is looking to buy a car here. He truly understands the meaning of customer service. More
