I've worked in Fortune 500 companies throughout the years and have never found the customer experience that Herb Chambers provides. From the greeter at the door, to the sales person, to the sales manager, etc. everyone was super. You just don't find that many places these days. In addition the price that I paid for my new Lexus was the best around. I even had a competing Lexus dealer email me that Herb Chambers had to be loosing money for the price that I paid. While I doubt they lost money on the deal I think it was much lower than many other dealers are willing to sell for. The Service is also amazing. It's the only dealership I know of that provides free car cash and vacuuming for your new car for free. As the explain it, it keeps your in better shape being clean so you can trade it in for more. A great service!! We also love the Customer Lounge. Have a drink, a snack, or lunch on them depending on when you go there. Everything you need to do work or relax is there including PCs, TVs, room for kids, etc. We almost don't want to leave. With great service, super prices, and exceptional staff; I highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus to EVERYONE! More

I leased my first Lexus, a 2008 IS 250, from Herb Chambers, but when my lease was up a few weeks ago, the original sales man was no longer with the company. I am a single, young female, and other Lexus dealers certainly did not take me seriously. Spero never judged me on my age, and he treated me like he would treat any other one his customers. SPERO WAS WONDERFUL. I went in and told him what I had, what I wanted, and he made it happen. I got to drive home in my new 2011 Lexus IS 250 that same day!! I plan on being in a Lexus for life, and I look forward to working with Spero in the future, he was GREAT!! More

I just purchased my 3rd car from Herb Chambers Lexus - this one was an Audi for my daughter. It is the second pre-owned car I've bought - the other two are Lexus and actually we own a 3rd Lexus that was this one was an Audi for my daughter. It is the second pre-owned car I've bought - the other two are Lexus and actually we own a 3rd Lexus that was purchased prior to finding this dealership. So I was very lucky... I met my salesperson by accident - we were looking at cars in the lot and he drove up to us! The dealership had closed! The next day I returned . Spero spent a lot of time showing cars to my daughter - none to her liking! Finally, day 2 we came upon the Audi.. Perfect car for her.. Spero was fabulous.. took care of everything. I think we got a good price and she got a great car.. I wanted to purchase at this dealership because the service is amazing! I have been with them for 7 years and I am not someone who throws around "bouquets" - they have always gone above and beyond! My experience with my 2005 and 2010 RX is what it is because of the service. Now I will look forward to more of the same with our new Audi and Spero! Thanks! Robin More

Spero Coston is the best sales rep. ever!!! He is a very courteous person, he makes you feel at ease. He did not push for the sale, I really wanted the car but also I have a budget that is not even close to courteous person, he makes you feel at ease. And all the while, he maintained his professionalism, very patient with all the questions I asked even though it may seem silly at times, and he does have a great sense of humor too. After all said and done, I went home with the car after 6 hours.I defenitely and highly recommend Spero Coston of Herb Chambers to anybody who is planning to buy a Lexus. More
