No up-selling or trying to add on any additional bells & whistles -- just a great, honest experience overall. They were generous with our trade-in, too. We had our son with us, and he went the extra mile to make sure his experience was as quick and easy as possible -- he made numerous trips back-and-forth from his office to see us in the Children's room. The credit check took a little longer than expected. But then again, it was a Saturday afternoon, we walked in without an appointment, and they were busy, so it was understandable. Overall, I highly recommend Jose and Herb Chambers Lexus. More

The whole process was done with the utmost professionalism. They worked quickly and considerately to give me the best deal that I was thrilled with. They all went above and beyond to make me feel so at ease and clear on the deal. There was not an ounce of pressure on me to do anything. Just a deal that was absolutely too great to refuse!!! By the way, Lexus prices the hybrid version only about $2800 higher than the gas which means a quick pay back on the investments. It drives great. I arranged to pick up the car but had a question the day before. Sanjay had given me his cell number - reached him at home on his day off. He told me he would find out and called me back. He spent almost 2 hours taking me through the various aspects of the car and the set-up when I picked it up. Definitely request Sanjay as your sales product specialist. More

I just didn't lose that "immediate depreciation" that new car buyers get hit with when they drive the car off the lot. He showed me the Carfax and it was completely clean. The dealership is very nice. Free drinks and snacks while you wait. I can bring my car in anytime I want for a free car wash and vacuum - for life! I couldn't believe it, so I drove in unannounced one day and drove back out 20 minutes later with a clean car. Added bonus! I would highly recommend working with Sanjay. He did a great job and has followed up with me a number of times to make sure that I'm happy with the car - and also to check with me to find out if I have any questions about the car that need to be answered. I'd definitely work with him again. More

We were approached by JOHNNY SAGHBINI who became her sales & leasing consultant. Throughout this entire process, Johnny was beyond outstanding. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help my mother meet her needs and check off every wish on her wishlist. Johnny made the 5.5 hours being at Lexus enjoyable. Not only was Johnny helpful and knowledgeable but he was extremely professional and has excellent communication skills. I would also like to mention sales manager ROCCO SAGHBINI, who we met with for a short amount of time and during that time was also extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. He would not settle for an OK experience and wanted to assure that my mother was beyond happy every step of the way. And of course business manager NIKO KOTSIOPOULOS who we met with last to go over finances. Niko had a great attitude, was extremely professional and helped my mother meet all of her needs and concerns.
