Great place to buy a pre-owned car! I bought a new Lexus at this dealership 14 years ago. I loved my 2002 GS430 but it was time to replace it. As I was looking for a less expensive used I bought a new Lexus at this dealership 14 years ago. I loved my 2002 GS430 but it was time to replace it. As I was looking for a less expensive used car, I never expected to be treated as well as I was the last time. I could not have been more wrong. My salesman, Sanjay, was outstanding. HCL has hundreds of vehicles on its lot, but Sanjay was so knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, as well as about my old GS430. There was not a question I asked he did not know. I had not planned to trade-in the old Lexus, figuring I could never get enough on the trade-in to make it work- but he worked with me and got me a very fair price. Sanjay and everyone at the dealership treated me like I had just bought a brand new car! It is so wonderful to go into a dealership that is respectful of your time, cares about helping you buy what you want, and quieting reminding you that this is THE place to buy a car- even if it is not a brand new Lexus. I know I am not a frequent buyer, but the next time I want to buy a new car, I will go right to HCL of Sharon. It is no wonder this dealership has won so many awards! They are well deserved! Fairly painless! I do not know many people who actually enjoy the car buying process, but for me this was mostly a pleasant experience. Being in sales myself, I do not I do not know many people who actually enjoy the car buying process, but for me this was mostly a pleasant experience. Being in sales myself, I do not enjoy being "sold" to, but Rob was not a "hard sell" salesperson. He took a lot of time to explain things and answer questions and the actual negotiations went well and pretty quickly. At the end of the deal I felt that both parties had been treated fairly and that is what I believe signifies a good salesperson and company. It was fortunate that the car I wanted was at this dealership although it was off brand. It is a beautiful dealership and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed a nice lunch in the café! I could even see myself going the extra miles for service I liked it so much. Thanks to all who contributed to my car buying process. Very pleased with our HC Lexus of Sharon experience My husband and I just purchased a certified pre-owned RX350. I walked in one day only because I was driving by and was paired up with Sam Prusak. Sa My husband and I just purchased a certified pre-owned RX350. I walked in one day only because I was driving by and was paired up with Sam Prusak. Sam was very informativ, especially since I walked in having done no real research on Lexus'. He clearly explained all different options in the different models/years and found the perfect option for me to test drive that day. A few days later, we were hit with one of the many large snow storms. Sam still was quick to respond to my e-mails and, when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, had already dug out the car I was interested in showing my husband. He was more than willing to grab another car (covered in snow) when I wanted to see and test drive a different color. Yes, Lexus' are great cars overall; amazing perks come with owning a Lexus: road side assistance, car washes, complimentary first service, etc. But it was working with Sam that really helped us make our decision to go with a Lexus. He was welcoming and professional, patient, and never tried to pressure us into making a decision. Weeks later, we are extremely pleased with our car and the service we received. I strongly recommend stopping by the HC Lexus of Sharon and working with Sam. More
